Kenneth W. Akide, SC

Managing Partner.

A highly experienced legal consultant with several years’ experience in practicing the Law, Mr Akide is the founder and senior partner of the firm. Mr. Akide served as the Chairman of Law Society of Kenya from March 2010 to March 2012. In recognition of exemplary service to the legal and public service in Kenya, he was conferred the rank of “Senior Counsel” On 11th December 2012. He has represented the Law Society of Kenya in Workshops and Symposia on various fields of law during his tenure as well as attended several courses in International Commercial Arbitration, both locally and abroad.

Mr. Akide is a certified Public Secretary as well as an arbitrator. Mr. Akide plays a key role in the overall leadership of the firm and his current responsibilities include Legal advice and strategy to clients. Additionally, he has acted for clients in Conveyancing; drafting Commercial Agreements, leases and mortgages.

Mr. Akide serves as a member of the Council of Legal Education and has previously held positions at, Advisory Council of URAIA Trust, National Council on the Administrative Justice, Public Complaints Committee under the National Environmental Management Authority, Insurance Advisory Board and the Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya in good standing.
